What’s the difference between your service and just buying lights?

The biggest difference is our experience. We have been installing lights for years, which means we know what lighting design decisions work and which ones don’t. Also, our products are made out of Solid Cast Brass Materials to give you a long lasting fixture. Not only that, 95% of the lights we offer to our customer have all integrated bulbs built into the fixtures, which makes your life a lot easier. We also offer dimmable lights for our spotlights, down lights and well lights.

How do you approach the design process for a new client?

Why wouldn’t I just go out and buy the solar powered lights at a Home Depot or Lowes? I don’t have to pay electricity for them because they're solar powered right?!

When it comes to solar powered lights that all the stores typically offer, it’s as simple as, they just don’t work. The light itself doesn’t put off very much light at all and only lights up the light itself and nothing else. They are also made from a very cheap material that will not last long at all. I have had plenty of clients tell me they are just going to go out and try these solar powered lights and see how they work. They always end up calling me back because they either don’t work at all or they end up falling apart within a month. So, in the end, it’s better to let us come out and give you a high quality product that will last you a lifetime.

What makes you passionate about landscape lighting?

There are lots of things that make me passionate about doing what I do. I came from a family owned business called Foley Pools, so a lot of this comes from that and watching my family grow throughout the company and working with all kinds of different people. I truly do enjoy working with people. Seeing a big smile on their face at the end of a project because they absolutely love their lights is why I wake up in the morning.
